That is why A&E canceled Longmire.  The average viewer was middle-aged, advertisers wanted 20 something, irresponsible spenders.

Our VISEO, so called smart TV,  was just displaying the main home menu screen. Then it started coming up with a promotion of some channel.  A while back it started a slide show of scenery.  Then added "elevator music". Now it's going to some shopping channel.

that would bug heck out of me warden , i dont want that - i  want it to shut off the sound at commercials or skip them , 

 

the commercials that are bugging me the most these days are those for drugs im supposed to ask my doctor for , the life insurance and the medicare supplemental ,

I can remember when McDonald's made a major change in commercials.  Instead of focusing on product, price or quality,  they introduced,  "You deserve a break today." Just people having fun. Then Coke went crazy over, "I'd like to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony. "
