I have a CZ Hammer Coach that is very hard to cock. Shotgun Boogie won't work on the CZ guns. This one looks easy.

That is a Pioneer.  Had one.  They were precision machined extremely high quality guns.  Unfortunately they are no longer made and are very scarce on the used market.  They were made in Poland.

That's the story of my life. A decade late and a grand short.

Howdy Cholla,

I feel your pain. I normally shoot a Rossi hammer gun and can easily cock both hammers with one hand (but have not mastered the opening lever at the same time: open shuck, load, close and cock). my back up is a Liberty II and I really have to "man up" to cock both hammers at once. Find an experienced cowboy gunsmith who will lighten the springs on that CZ for you.

First time I ever saw T-Bone do that technique that slow

The hammers on the Pioneer were very light.  However the hammers were much further apart than on the TNN/Colt 1878 clone and harder to use the one hand sweep that T-Bone favored.  So he did not really like the Pioneer.

Over the course of several months, I was able to lighten the hammer springs in my trusty Cimarron 1878 by simply practicing with it a lot between matches and leaving both hammers cocked (with empty chambers, of course) when it was put away.

I sure wish there were a source of replacement hammer springs. :(

Look over on the NSSA forums and Flintlock forums.  With a little work you'll find that there several smiths that make springs.

Shotgun Boogie makes a replacement spring set for the CZ.

When I spoke to SB, he said he doesn’t work on the CZ Hammer Coach.

He doesn't work on them, he sales spring kits for them. I use his kits on them when I do action jobs on CZ's
