How do I get them into a post?

Need a digital camera (I don't use cell phones so can't go there) download to pictures on your computer.  Drag and drop to the paperclip at the bottom of the post.

I’m using an IPAD.. it’s got a camera on it that I can

take pictures with.. will this work?

I don’t see a paper clip at the bottom of my post or your post??

At the bottom of you post when you’re composing it, you’ll see a paper clip symbol next to “Add Files”

Click on that when you finish your text portion and it will direct you to “Photo Library” and a couple of other choices.

Take and store your pictures and pull them up when you’ve completed the text portion of your post.

This works in any of the forums here.

You need to try for sharp focus, particularly on for sale stuff.  I find it easier to put the basic words in, add the pictures and do a final edit of the whole thing before i send.  You might prefer another method.

Take your photos and then use the edit features in whatever photo storage system you’re using.

I usually enhance my photos and crop and sometimes rotate. Then I save them to the photo file or library.

If I’m posting more than one picture, I build my text, add the pics and proof read my text then post.  I then immediately go over the posted product and go back and edit again, spacing the photos and often captioning individual images.

It’ll take some practice and experimenting, but you’ll get there pretty easily.

Don't usually disagree with you, but get the photo right from the start.  Minor tweaks, sure, but today's digital cameras are dead easy to use on a product / sales photo, nothing is unpredictable, nothing moves.  Practice, sure, without film and processing costs, essentially free.  Photography a lifelong interest of mine.  I administer and moderate on a couple of photo sites.

I couldn’t agree more, but a lot of folks don’t have the knack for better photography and may not have the time or inclination for developing, (great pun) it.  Some folks don’t take many pictures and some don’t have adequate equipment.

For those people, use whatever tools you have at hand!! Certain things are liable to present problems that less experienced guys like me aren’t equipped to deal with just yet.
