Will need to watch what happens. Ultimately a summary judgement, I do expect the state to appeal.

 

The ruling is very narrow in scope; it applies to only the actual defendants in the case, and only to their specific intended use of identified transit systems. Not clear if this will extend to either other people and other transit systems or if the state will stick to the documented enforcement restrictions.
