When will these onerous licensing fees be challenged using the democrats go to excuse. 

 

"It unfairly impacts minorities or the poor"

 

Requiring people to spend more than the cost of a firearm in licensing and applications fees violates the 2A rights of the poor as they cannot afford the hundreds of dollars in fees and the cost of a firearm; This effectively disarms them.

An absolutely fabulous idea!!  It’s the same idea as a poll tax!!  

Put the Constitutionally guaranteed right out of the reach of some by making it too costly to exercise that right!!

 

Make these miscreants toe the same mark that they want to require of others!!
