I actually got super lucky at an estate sale and got 4 rolling blocks. And they have captivated me with the history and different types and calibers...

 

Hardpan, wow, 38-55 would thrill me, gonna go grab a 30-30 empty to see if it's close. Probably gonna slug the bore. 

 

Chickasaw, can you reuse the cerasafe casting stuff? Hmmm,just did the other RB

Almost, but here almost don't count. 30-30 case won't load, base is too big, won't chamber.

I ain't Chickasaw, but I remember from when that first came out. That was one of their selling points. You can mail it (MELT IT otto, MELT IT) down and recast it, over and over and over.

reuseable , melt and recast 

 

 I had thought of going fly fishing , but by the time I get to the river , I figured out I was not gonna be able to 

 

 so I will find something else to break today
