Yusta B.
This is 9mm range brass, dirty, buggy and looking for a home. I used a universal deprimer first - just the way I do it. Tumbled in Frankfort tumbler with hot water, 1 tsp Strato Sheen, 1 tsp Lemi Shine, and 3 and 5/8 drops of Dawn . No pins used, no ceramic, no gravel etc. Easy-peasy, no sorting. Rinse & about an hour in dehydrator at 120 deg. I do blot with a towel before starting drying process. Pic coming. Really having a bad night ....... Beer provided the solution. The Rainmaker, SASS #11631
Same process for me every month, only I use a little more Strat-O-Sheen and Purple Power Wash n Wax instead of Dawn. Couple hours in the tumbler, rinse and dry in the sun. 1

paradiddle
I have an older "media tumbler" - how much "better" do these wet tumblers work in your guys experience/opinion? Jeff

Jeff MUCH better for black powder (and subs). I don't even tumble my smokeless brass for the most part (unless it's really dirty).

Jeff No dust to deal with, don't handle the brass as much. Overall I think it helps reduce your lead exposure. I don't use pins and my brass come out shiny and clean. As @Badlands Bob #61228 says "Shiny guns shooter faster." If that's true then shiny brass shoot faster too! 🤣 Kajun
