Alpo
I'm doing an archive crawl on the whiteboard. Cara and Doc have just met, and she is trying to learn about him. And she asks him what his favorite food is. I've seen people ask that many times. When I was a teenager I had a favorite food, but I don't think I have one now. There's a lot of stuff that I absolutely will not eat, but the stuff that I will eat - none of it is actually my favorite. Now that I'm grown and can make my choices, if I don't like it I ain't going to have it in the house. So I don't particularly care what your favorite food is. That's not the question. Simply - do you have one?
Blackwater 53393
1: BACON is my favorite food!! 2: Good hot Italian Sausage is a close second. 3: New York strip, medium rare, well prepared. 4: The only thing that ever came out of Chicago that was worth a damn, a Chicago dog. If she didn’t know about Monty Python, I’d probably have the cabbie drop HER off! 1
Subdeacon Joe
I don't have a favorite food. Or almost anything else. I do have some preferences, but for food too much depends on mood, weather, who I'm with, and how I feel at the time. Now, if you give me a list of, say, five items and ask me which of those five is my favorite from among them I might be able to pick a favorite. Maybe. Any lasagna is fine, of course my Italian mom’s was the best but she’s no longer here. My sister and a couple of my aunts (all Italians ) made some great lasagna too but sadly they’re gone too, I don’t think I’ve had a lasagna that was bad. Some better than others. I like the it with ricotta cheese and either small meatballs or little pieces of sausages in between the layers. The sauce also has a lot to do with it.

They are not mushy at all. Guess they have a little tug but not much and they are the same every time I have gone there. TM

Capt. R. Hugh Kidnme
My Mother was a great cook and always made food from many countries/style. Cooking was her hobby. I learned to eat and enjoy it all. So a favorite for me is whatever Mom was making.

TM I believe you. But most of the time I've had ribs described as "fall off the bone" they are too soft. Also we may have a slightly different definition of what that is.
