Big Sage, SASS #49891 Life
My Mom was a "Rosie the Riveter" during WWII at North American Aviation in Inglewood, Ca. She worked on the P 51 Mustang. My Dad also worked on it. My Dad was Superintendent of the Mustang assembly line. NAA kept him out of the service (Dad tried to join several times), said he was more valuable making airplanes. The War Department agreed.
