Chantry
The shooter on the left is right handed with a left eye dominance, so the glasses preventing her right eye from seeing the target makes sense
Colorado Coffinmaker
Ummmmm. Don't think so. Her left eye is not in line with the sights. I believe her "patch" has a small aperture sort of like a peep sight to restrict her view to the sights.

Sedalia Dave
Her right eye is looking through an adjustable iris. Think Hadley cup except that in this case instead of a series of fixed holes, it looks and functions exactly like a camera iris. It can be adjusted to bring the pistol's front sight into sharp focus.
G W Wade
Have to agree. Adjustable aperture GW

We should all be happy anytime any form of shooting sports is portrayed in a positive way 3

sassnetguy50
A tidbit seen copied from the internet: Dikec Yusuf, who only recently took up shooting after a particularly heated argument with his ex-wife, credits his success to his newfound passion for seeing his kids and a relentless drive to prove his ex wrong. "I never thought I'd be here," Yusuf said, shrugging nonchalantly. "I was just aiming for a weekend with the kids." The 52-year-old, who works as a mechanic in a small garage in Istanbul, first picked up a gun during a particularly frustrating divorce mediation. His unorthodox approach – no specialty gear, no training regimen, and a wardrobe consisting of his everyday jeans and a T-shirt – has baffled professional shooters. "He just shows up, shoots a near perfect round, and then asks if there's a smoking area nearby." After winning silver, Yusuf stood emotionless on the Olympic podium and declared, "Sharon, if you're watching this, I want my dog back."

After winning silver, Yusuf stood emotionless on the Olympic podium and declared, "Sharon, if you're watching this, I want my dog back." Almost total bogus report. He has been shooting in the Olympics for decades. He has multiple medals. The smoking question may be legit, I'm trying to find out honestly. He also likes cats. Also hand in pocket is a legitimate formal stance, but dang he looks like he is just casually taking a squirrel from the back deck. He is a rare shooter who shoots with both eyes open, no shield to obscure the non-dominant eye, and no optical "iris" setup on the dominant eye. He absolutely does train rigorously. Converting to our freedom measurements, the target is basically a 6" circle at 15 yards and winning is based on less than the size of a dime off the bullseye at that distance. I'll try hitting a dime at that distance soon just for fun. I'll use my Ruger Mark IV 22/45.
Rip Snorter
Hand in the pocket was what nearly everyone did in Bullseye. Both eyes open is highly desirable. The guy is in the major competition and just exudes cool and relaxation. Amazing!
