Ricochet Roy, SASS #71853 Posted June 5, 2024 Posted June 5, 2024 (edited) Howdy Pards, I am offering FOR SALE today a bench made right hand cross draw rig that I made for myself a while back to custom fit my brace of Ruger Old Model Vaqueros chambered in 44.40 and with the 7 1/2" barrels. My thinking was that I would retire my brace of Colt SAA revolvers chambered in 44.40 and with 7 1/2" barrels that I have been using for the last 14 years and start using my new set of Ruger Old Model Vaqueros that I went all out on and had Shotgun Boogie perform his famous short stroke action jobs including the Mondado style hammers. I handle a lot of revolvers, and these Vaqueros have the most buttery smooth actions that I have ever felt. Well, I have sold the Vaqueros, and I have decided to also sell the holster rig that I made for them. The Rig features my period correct Paradise Valley Hand Tooling Design finished in my Medium Brown and cartridge loops for 44.40. The holsters are of course custom fit for Ruger Old Model Vaqueros with the 7 1/2" barrels. The holsters are fully lined and designed with a 2" drop from standard and have laminated Kydex to retain the mouth opening for a lighting fast draw and holstering. The right rand cross draw holster has a 25-degree cant. The deluxe quality period correct clip corner buckle is solid brass and triple nickel plated. The complete rig is made of premium select full grain veg tanned and gum flesh tooling grade cowhide available in America. The stitching thread is UV rated yacht sail thread. You just can't go any better! The Ranger Style Straight-Cut 2 3/4" gun belt is also fully lined and will fit a waist from about 38 1/2" to 41 1/2" or 40" to the center of the billet, of course this is over cowboy pants. The lowered price for this amazing rig is $1,200.00 plus $60.00 for the shipping. Many thanks, Roy Edited Tuesday at 02:24 PM by Ricochet Roy, SASS #71853 1 Quote
