Could swear I posted this already, apologies if it’s already here in an alternet universe (Alpo’s for example)…

 

I use a Takaya cold brewer, 2 qt.

 

below are pix of empty, filling with my home made funnel , beginning steeping, and done, well done according to the instructions, I usually let it steep another day.

oh, I posted it previously, sans the finished picture, under the coffee time thread.

And I thought that it was quite possible my coffee was too weak, if that's the way he drank it. Maybe if he just had coffee in his cup instead of hot milk and sugar my coffee would have been strong enough.

French Press coffee is usually made with a more coarse grind than is customary.

The videos for this refer to the brew as “coffee concentrate” I think they expect me to add water. I don’t.
