UPDATE ON LAST PAGE!! My turn to seek out the Prayer Posse

Recommended Posts

I had to take my li’l darlin’, Schoolmarm, to the emergency room this morning!

She’d been under the weather for several days, but not in any apparent distress until Monday.  I fussed at her and finally convinced her, yesterday, to seek medical attention, which she arranged for this morning!

When I got up this morning, she told me to keep MY appointment with the foot doctor, but that she felt too bad to go to her appointment.

I told her to be ready to go to the emergency room as soon as I got back home.  Instead, I had to help her get dressed and get Hatfield to help me get her into the car.

She has been admitted, after several hours of testing and preadmission treatment with a bad ph balance, dehydration, and shortness of breath.

If y’all would be so kind, we could definitely use the help!!

Thanks in advance,

BLACKWATER

praying got to watch that stuff.  I met a guy doing some work for me the other day and his wife wasn't well so he said he'd take her to the emergency room and miss work and she said no that she'd drive herself.  he never saw her again.

Lord, may the healing rays of your power and strength surround Schoolmarm today. May your love and righteousness shine upon her today. Amen.

I went home last night to get my own meds taken care of and to try and sleep some.

When I got back to the hospital, they informed me that she tested positive for Covid to go along with everything else.

They are IVing mass amounts of fluids and running all sorts of tests and blood work.

She seems to be resting more comfortably,  breathing some better, and she ate some breakfast before I arrived.

This is an ICU situation and they are going at it strong.

All for now.  Thanks for your prayers!
