Gateway Kid SASS# 70038 Life Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 Would be cool to see. We got an “official” .2 inches yesterday, and .45 inches today. About enough to make a decent footprint! Heaven knows we need it, but compared to what they got last week on the mesa, this is nothing. They got 24 inches over a couple days, bringing their total to 57 inches, so they got some work to do to finish out at over 160 inches like last year. Regards and happy “schussing” Gateway Kid
Father Kit Cool Gun Garth Posted January 12, 2024 Posted January 12, 2024 OK. I'm officially admitting myself to the mental institution. Not only did I fail at the @Buckshot Bear dementia quiz at question number one, but in reading this post I was expecting snow covered trees and not mountains!
watab kid Posted January 12, 2024 Posted January 12, 2024 im going to agree with FKCGG , those arent trees - they are bushes , but the mountains are clear enough , seriously thats pretty neat

watab kid Posted January 12, 2024 Posted January 12, 2024 i get it - not all trees are redwoods and not all climates support growth like mine does , i have an oak that needs to come down here - if it was that size id take it down myself even at my age , but this is a very mature oak , it will cost me a couple K to get it removed , i have a dozen young sapling trees in my lawn the size of what you showed that ill be removing this coming year , i have a lot of volunteers come up every year , damn squils plant them and forget to dig em up and eat them , ,
