Okie Sawbones, SASS #77381
Many are still in production, like the Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds, Reese's peanut butter cups, Junior Mints, Cherry Mash, and Chick-O-Stick. I never turned down Junior Mints.

Smuteye John SASS#24774
Tootsie Rolls. I convinced my nieces when they were little that they would choke on the Tootsie Rolls in their Halloween candy, so they picked them all out and gave them to me. The youngest one still gets me a bag of Tootsie Rolls for Halloween every year. 3
Rip Snorter
One of my earliest memories, don't think I was even in school yet, is sitting on the curb, breaking a 3 Musketeers into 3 pieces and sharing it with friends. Never was a favorite candy, just a cool idea to have it break into three pieces for sharing, and a favorite memory.

Gateway Kid SASS# 70038 Life
Mine was a “Seven up” bar. Seven pieces, each different, couple types of nuts, different nougats, orange and red jelly. Pretty good! And of course, hard to beat a classic, the Reese’s peanut butter cup. Regards Gateway Kid

Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
Cannot watch a movie without my Junior Mints. Got addicted to York Peppermint paddies in 1970-71. That was when all the major candy bars went from a nickle to a dime but the pepermint paddy stayed at a nickle for a while and being cheap/poor I bought those. One that I really liked when I was a child in California was the Mountain Bar. Did not see them for years and then found them on the Internet. Ordered some but they sure did not taste like I remember them in the 1950s.

Forty Rod SASS 3935
Idle Isle nougat nut rolls, Idle Isle Candy Factory, Brigham City, Utah. When the weather lightens up they will start shipping again and I'll still order enough to tide me over through the warmer weather. My grandmother used to use them to get me to do outrageous chores when we went visit.

Also enjoyed a box of Junior Mints at the Meralta Theater in Downey California. Wife still eats AbbaZabba's. They've gone from $1.59 to $2.29 in the last 2 years!

Pat Riot
Somehow I left Almond Joy off my list. Actually Almond Joys became a favorite around the age of 17. They still are. Whenever it’s time to buy Halloween candy I always make sure we get a bag of mini candy bars containing Almond Joys…then I remove them from the candy we pass out to the kids. Just in case they might have coconut allergies or almond allergies. I am protecting them. It’s my duty. 2
