Each to their own.  Not bad for some 80+ musicians.  It might not be their best, but's still better than 99% of the new crap on the radio and a lot of the older stuff where it is the same songs over and over, all day

I wouldn’t say it’s better that 99% of the stuff our today, it maybe better than 1% ! It’s a terrible song and it sounds like crap! Just MHO To each his own I guess.

It ain’t the worst I’ve heard!  It IS better than a lot of the garbage that is force fed to us by the “music moguls” recently.

Let’s get back to the task at hand!

1st single from their next album Foreign Tongues releasing July 10th

I don’t mean to keep harping on this but not only does this song suck but the recording is terrible. It sounds like they recorded it in a cave. There’s hardly even a recognizable melody. Ok I’m done I promise!😂😂

How about some good stuff? Always liked this tune.

Interesting tid bit here: Otis did the whistling and he died in a plane crash before the song was released in 1967. Otis wanted to replace it with lyrics but the producer left the whistling in.

I forgot all about Linda Ronstadt doing some old jazz tunes. Heard this on a jazz station today. She was more than just a pop and rock singer. What a beautiful voice.

Hey Blackwater, good tune but I wouldn’t call it jazz 🤣

I dunno! It’s got some scat, it’s got tempo changes, it’s got instrumental improv! All those are Jazz components. 😎

Yea true but it has never or ever will be considered a jazz tune. It’s good rock 🎸 though. MHO

I was on hold last night while searching for some parts for a hotrod that Hatfield is working on. For once, the musak was much more tolerable! They were playing oldies and this one came up!!

Another one that passed through on the headphones while I was riding the stationary bike today! I’d almost forgotten about it!
