I never played it - didn't have a computer. But I remember seeing it. I think it was on a Macintosh, so that would make it an apple game not an IBM.

Originally came out in 1971 on the Atari, but may have also been on other gaming systems or that era.  Eventually made it's pay to the PC, Macintosh, and others.

 

That's according to Wikipedia.  My kids played it in the early 90s on various systems.
