Hells Comin Posted June 15 Share Posted June 15 o If you're interested I have 1 of Snake oil George 's 1 piece firing pins, he also notched the hammer and added a durable metal so as not to wear the surface where the firing pin extension meet the hammer. Plus a Pioneer short stroke kit for the 73. I had Shotgun Boogie install his kit in my rifle, so I no longer need these. I bought a used 73 9 years ago when I started and after shooting just about every weekend the bolt / firing pin extension was starting to get a little sloppy and developed a hitch.
