Actually, Moosehead is my tipple and our traditional beverage at the moose hunting camp.

In fact, I just cracked one!

Oh, and drinking Moosehead in the tent at night guarantees success !

That's when the hunting is really good.

The rut is still on and it's easy to find sign and tracks.

We would still be using our boats in this snow.

You just keep the impellor, on the motor, in the water and it won't freeze.

The one he's standing next to is. I can see enough of its head to tell. I presume the other two are also but I can't tell from the picture.

 

But that doesn't matter. Moose are still deer. They are not Virginia whitetail, but they are still deer.

It's Canada. They don't have "penalties". They just tell people, "No, don't do that", and nobody does it.
