How could it possibly be healthy if it's low carb and gluten free?

Carbohydrates and gluten is two of the major food groups, along with grease and salt and meat. You need these five things to be healthy.

Four basic food groups have always been sugar, salt starch and cholesterol.  My dad said so and he never lied to me.

Ok, it's got lots of fiber for sure, also a ton of sugar....now for the taste

Kinda like the old grape nut cerial, round hard gravel/kittylitter like morsels.  Kinda like eating crumbles of dried cement or wall board with a hint of cinnamon. 3/4s of the bowl went down the disposal. Toasted nut crunch it aint...I'm going to pour the rest of the box outt by the tree line for the possums and raccoons but aspca may get me for cruelty to animals
