ORNERY OAF Posted May 28, 2023 Share Posted May 28, 2023 Ok, it's got lots of fiber for sure,also a ton of sugar....now for the taste Kinda like the old grape nut cerial, round hard gravel/kittylitter like morsels. Kinda like eating crumbles of dried cement or wall board with a hint of cinnamon. 3/4s of the bowl went down the disposal.
