I'd contact them and see what they want to do to remedy the poor quality coating job.   Rather than rag on the vendor here on-line in public forum.

Before you write them off, At least give them a call and give them a chance to make it right. 

 

I've had good luck with them in the past.

 

Another bullet supplier shipped me some bullets where the lube was too hard and coming off. One phone call and the supplier made it right.
