Uncle Ethan # 94321
As I recall, safety first. Don't remember the page number. As long as there is a bucket of water handy, I think you are OK.

Major Crimes
I wish people would check the SHB before starting these pile on posts that then require PWB to adjudicate. This is to save PWB having to once again point out the obvious. SHB page 26 - Ammunition Covenants (after Revolver and Rifle Ammunition). I have copied and pasted for convenience as well as attached the relevant portion of the SHB. Flamming Arrows -May only be tipped with materials commonly available at the time. -No Bodkin tips are allowed and only two leaf broadheads may be used. Moly-Disulfide, polymer coated pile head tips are also approved. -Arrows with flights recessed into the shaft are not allowed. -Fletching must be of a natural make although Bald Eagle flights are strongly discouraged. -All parts of the arrow must be precisely made to fit the arrow rest of the Bow. -The nock of the Arrow must be of the type to use a small amount of bone to allow the arrow to fit the string. Plastic nocks are not to be used. -Crossbow fired arrows are illegal. -The arrow must produce the equivalent smoke as the smoke standard using the following data: -Standard arrow as described above -A handful of tumbleweed dipped in animal fat (must be an animal commonly available at this time in the Old West, again endangered species are discouraged although not banned). -Bound to arrow with natural leather strips (leather strips are not to be any more flammable than the wrap on a rifle lever).
