That makes me think that the fish was tied onto some vehicle, and as the vehicle was going down the road the lashings came loose and the fish came off the vehicle, and was struck while in the air by the vehicle following.

The snow would have blown off the fish on impact.

Malls here have them, have not been to them in years., Last time I entered though JC Penney which was not signed, and the door from JC Penney to the mall was not signed. But apparently the actual doors to the mall are signed. Have not been back since I figured this out.

 

There was a local small business place which was signed, finally sold and the new owner took the signs down. Spent a few bucks there afterwards. Good people. Previous owner was a a-hole hated by the community, make hs money off tourists. That previous owner carried, just banned his customers from doing so.

 

Am waiting for the courts to rule customer areas and parking lots at post offices can not be restricted. This is one of the few things I can not avoid which does not have active security like courthouses and polling places. Schools is a separate discussion.
