I am trying to imagine how this particular idea came about.

———————

Girl: I will go out with you if you do something no one has ever done.

Boy: I think I have an idea… B)

———————

Football Player 1: Hey, coach bought this thing for us to use in practice. Something about performing when disoriented.

Football player 2: Have you been in that thing yet? Man, is it disorienting. It made me puke!

Football player 1: Yes, and I will never do it again’

Football player 2: Hey, here comes a band nerd. Let’s put him in that thing and see what happens.

5 minutes later:

Football player 1&2 (in unison): What the hell?…

———————

Boy 1: I need a scholarship to Cal State (pick one) because Charlene is going there. I met with the school representative and she said the only way I could get a band scholarship is if I do something spectacular.

Boy 2: I have an idea. How’s your equilibrium these days?

A bare bear.  I'm not sure if it was shaved for some reason or if its condition caused the fur to fall off.

I saw those images years ago or ones very similar. It was a bear with a severe case of mange. Apparently the bear was cured and released back into the wild.

Launched in 1931, the FDNY fireboat John J. Harvey was decommissioned in 1994 but saved from the scrapyard by volunteers who turned the boat into a museum. On Sept 11, 2001, the boat was rushed back into service to pump water in lower Manhattan after the fire mains were damaged in attack. In 2018, the John J. Harvey was given a paint scheme inspired by dazzle camoflauge to mark the centennial of WWI.

I thought that it had a severe case of mange and the veterinarians shaved it for treatment

Could be. I don’t recall any details, just mange, cured, released.
Or did he go into politics?…

Backed into it over top and pulled forward stood pole back upright. High centered and the weight of the car pierced through the floorboard
