DVD players   are cheap these days.

Worth it to buy a cheap one & Nate's DVD, IMHO

When the Rossi is slick, you'll forget about how much you spent, & yule have a '92 that's slicker than snot.

You know you can play it on a laptop also.

Well, not all laptops.  All the dang new ones have no optical drive any more, ya gotta buy an external USB drive.

Dell also sells an external DVD drive that would work on your laptop for around 40-50. O am sure there are other manufacturers drives as well. Just a suggestion. I like books as well.

Sorry to derail this, but does the dvd apply to non-Rossi 92 rifles also?

From the title of the DVD “Rossi 92” you have your answer.

Yes and no. A model 92 is pretty much a 92 so the mechanism is pretty much the same no matter the manufacturer. The Rossi 92s are less expensive than most due to shortcuts in finish such as less final polishing leading to a rougher action. A major component of the DVD is a step by step tutorial for those who choose to do their own minor gunsmithing and shows you how to properly disassemble, smooth out ALL the sharp edges and surfaces, then reassemble for a MUCH smoother action as well as which parts to replace for an even better function. I have used the DVD to rework two Rossi 92s and highly recommend it.
