I really like to  smoke pork.   Simply rub with Franks Red Hot and cover with taco season   Smoke till done        GW

Pretty much. 
 

1.  Use your rub of choice and let sit overnight. 
2.  Set Egg for indirect heat using the plate setter. 
3.  Use smoking wood of choice with the charcoal. Dial the Egg to 225-250F.

5.  Enjoy libations until internal temperature is 165F.

6.  Wrap in foil. Raise heat to 300H. Libate until middle is 200F.

7. Let sit a few hours while libating a bit more. Pull and serve.
