Max Payne Posted March 30, 2023 Share Posted March 30, 2023 These are slick pistols, right out of the box. I started Cowboy with them almost 11 years ago. I switched to Vaqueros for no good reason, but I still have the Evil Roys. I had a problem with one of them when I first bought them. I mentioned it to Bob Mernickle when I was ordering my first SASS rig. 20 minutes later, I got a call from Evil Roy himself. He had me ship the gun to him & got Ken Griner to look at them, all at Evil Roy's expense. Turned out that it had come from the factory with the wrong cylinder base pin. It was slipping out of the slot & allowing a jam. Point is, the guns are excellent, & the service behind them couldn't be beat. I think whoever buys them will be mighty pleased.
