Sandhills Dude
Looking at getting either a RCBS Charge Master Link or Hornady Auto Charge Pro What are you using?
Chase Randall, SASS #45902
Been using an older model RCBS ChargeMaster for years, no complaints.
Doc Fill 'Em 67797
I also have a Chargemaster. I don’t use it for Cowboy stuff but it works great for loading rifle ammo. I’ve had it 3-4 years and no issues so far.

August West, SASS #45079
I have an older Hornady. I use it for 1K yard ammo and for the AKs. It 'overshoots' about 20% of the time -- even on the slowest setting. But, it is still more efficient than hand weighing. I suspect the newer ones are are more consistent. Zeb Gray, #36839
I have a Lyman Gen 6 that I use to load almost everything I shoot except cowboy ammo loaded on progressive presses. I frequently confirm weights with an old balance beam scale & it's always correct. Don't know about the RCBS Charge Master or Hornaday Auto Pro. I had a Hornaday Auto Charge which died after a couple years. Hope to see you this summer.

Sandhills Dude
Using a Lee powder measure now and checking weight every10 to 20 rounds thought one of these would be easier. Maybe more consistent for my long range rounds Need to be able yo out shoot Jeb in June at Medicine Creek THANKS for the info

Buckshot Bear
I have a XL650 and love it, but on other presses I still use these old square (and the newer round ones) throwers from Lee.
