Deacon Doug
A friend is looking for a 1894 Marlin CB, Octagon -24” barrel, He'd prefer it be in .357MAG but would consider other pistol calibers. What have you got? Deacon Doug

What have you got? Deacon Doug You SURE about that barrel length?? I have a long barrel Marlin and I don’t think it’s 28”! 26, maybe. I’ve got one I might part with, but it wouldn’t be cheap! $1000 in engraving on it. But it’s a 1st class gun!
Deacon Doug
My friend wants to use it for long range shooting, so yes, 24 inch barrel is what he's looking for. I'll ask tomorrow if he will settle for a shorter barrel. Thanks for asking. DD
Warden Callaway
I never saw one over 24" in the re-introduction models. In the old days you could special order barrel lengths. I have an old model in 38WCF with a 26" barrel.
Texas Jack Black
Just use a barrel stretcher.
dale5150
I dont think that a 28 in barrel was ever made. Most all in pistol caliibers are 24 and the 1895 is 26.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
24" was the longest used on that model

Deacon Doug
I got barrel length wrong, he does want one in 24” not 28. Sorry for the confusion, blame it on old age. DD

Deacon Doug
Frontier Lone Rider, did you want to sell one or just giving your stamp of approval? Either is ok. DD
WOLFY
DD, did you find one? I have one, however I’d rather trade for a 44 cowboy limited (in case he still hasn’t found a 357).
