Currently a photo must be posted on a website to attach it to a PM. We can post photos and videos here on the forums, why not PMs? A few months back I posted a picture of an ad with a circle drawn around whatever I was trying to point out. 40 asked me if I could send him the original ad, and I had to get him to give me his email and I emailed it to him because I could not attach the picture to a PM.
