Dusty Morningwood Posted March 3, 2023 Share Posted March 3, 2023 SOLD This is a really nice looking Model 1884 Springfield Trapdoor Rifle. Breechblock marked 1873, which is common. Chambered in .45-70. Metal has a uniform plumb finish with some edge wear. Bore is bright, shiny and sharp. It has the upgraded Buffington sight. Stock has been sanded and no cartouches are visible.
