Very hard to find Shotgun powder for sale  on the shelf down -under..in fact near impossible & has been for probably the last 2 years

I'm on the look out all the time ...it's around, mostly the older  types but most are in good condition & work well. As I do a variety of clay shooting I go through a lot !!

Here is a list FYI of what I have recently acquired & used...I wheel & deal whenever I can , especially with  those that no longer shoot or  not reloading anymore.

Nobel  60,   64,    78,  &  80

Vectan 28

GM3   [ I think it is a Vectan product   ]..great powder

Hercules Red Dot

''  ''          Green Dot

Hi Skor 700 X [ Dupont ]

 ''    ''     800X  [  ''          ]

Win 442   [Made in OZ ]

 ''     452AA   [ love it  ]

 ''     473 AA

AS 30  [ Made in OZ..your Clays ]

AS 50  [''      ''    ''       your  ?   ]

Alliant ?

There are probably others I don't remember, I give my son the old containers to put in his man cave.

Hopefully we will see powder back in stock sometime soon..fingers crossed .!!

I also got onto Blasting powder which I occassionally use, have a system where I can break it down to finer granules , works ok & plenty of smoke.

I use Red Dot for all my cowboy loads, pistol, rifle and shotgun. It makes life much simpler and works just fine with each gun.

Pretty sure ADI AS50 is (and made for) Hodgen International and very close burning rate to Alliant Green Dot

I use Clay's International, a LGS had 5 lbs of it in stock. I bought 1 lb since I already have 4 and a bunch of SG loaded and some factory. Clay's seems easy to find around here. Several shops have it.
