LawMan Mark, SASS #57095L
Don't let that distract you from the fact that in 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, Bubba "Spare Tire" Dixon. 3

Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
Most young folks have been raised with Iphones. If you say it is a quarter to four they have no idea what you are talking about. They look at their phones and it says 3:45.
Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
For time I’d say quarter past four. For foreign languages I would not tempt misunderstanding and I’d say four fifteen in whatever language was needed. The dilemma is the afternoon, is it 4:15 or 16:15?
