Cyrus Cassidy #45437
My son and I took the Sharps to the range today. For the shot videos, he held my phone camera up to the spotting scope. Load: 500 grain lead round nose over 65 grains of fffg. .45-70. IMG_3495.MOV IMG_3484.MOV IMG_3479.MOV IMG_3478.MOV 3

Mud Marine,SASS#54686 Life
I really enjoy shooting my C. Sharps .50-140 on my home range. My favourite load is a 650 grain postel bullet with a fully loaded cram charge of Holy black. There's something very special about shooting a Sharps!

Mud Marine,SASS#54686 Life
Both C. Sharps and Shiloh Sharps are happily present at the Quigley I am getting a little shaky at offhand as I advance toward 90.
Bailey Creek,5759
I have a Shiloh also. Try 72 gr. Swiss 1 1/2 . When i changed over to Swiss Powder i got 100 feet per second faster. Which means it shoots a little flatter.
Cyrus Cassidy #45437
Are you guys seeing the videos I posed??? Only a bar with sound is showing up for me.
irish ike, SASS #43615
Swiss, while more expensive, is the most consistent burning powder for Long Range.

But the videos don't show on any of my computers; it only plays the audio.
