There’s a slight weight difference between the stainless and blued pistols. By switching the parts over it brings the weights to within just a few ounces of eachother. Three Foot Johnson
I know the "ramped front sight" has been disputed before, but I don't remember what the outcome was. A ramped sight tapers sharply downward from the muzzle toward the cylinder, such as on a Blackhawk, but I don't know if the base itself constitutes a tapered ramp sight. Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
Shooter's Handbook, page 35. Revolver – Fixed Sight Models - Fixed sight revolvers may only use traditional style, barrel mounted, fixed metallic foresights of a simple blade, bead, or post configuration. - A simple open notched rear sight cut into the frame, hammer, or latch mechanism is the only rear sight allowed. - Ramp style front sights are not allowed. - Beaded post front sights or inserts are not allowed. The ramped part isn't in question at this point, but as Larsen Pettifogger posted above, Fixed sight revolvers may only use traditional style, barrel mounted, fixed metallic foresights of a simple blade, bead, or post configuration. The base is what disqualifies it, not the sight blade.
Yul Lose
Looks like the blued one is illegal and the stainless one is okay.
