Ordered and received a hammer extension from Cheaper than Dirt.

It arrived in jig time, but Uncle Mike's (now made in China) didn't include the set screw.

I called CTD and spoke with a truly lovely soul named Tonya, I told her what was missing and I told her this isn't a CTD problem, this is an Uncle Mike's problem, should I go pick on them?

She looked up the order and said, "Tell you what, we'll ship you a brand new one, no charge."

No firm is perfect and I've read instances where people were less than pleased with CTD, but by golly now, this morning they did all right by me!

I'm glad to hear a positive story about CTD.  I kinda wrote them off several years back when they were doing the ammo price gouging thing.  Maybe they have changed their ways.
