Subdeacon Joe
More troubling is this indicates that they have a dossier on every attorney, maybe every employee, of every law firm that has brought action against them. How did they get the information?

Loophole LaRue, SASS #51438
Understandable. If you were being sued because of an accident that occurred at your home, would you be OK with a lawyer from the plaintiff's law firm coming to your home for any reason, without advance notice and the involvement of your own lawyer? I wouldn't let them in, and would ask them to leave. Everything they saw or heard from your employees would be potentially admissible, or at the least, would provide them with information and insight which they otherwise would not have. Not a good plan. There is a full "dossier" of every lawyer in the firm on the publically accessible law firm website - complete with photo. I seriously doubt that anything they did would result in a liquor license suspension; they are certainly entitled to regulate admission to their property, and there is no indication that they used any improper or illegal basis to exclude this woman. Welcome to the new age of high technology. LL

Red Gauntlet , SASS 60619
It's a place of public accommodation; a totally different situation, not only from a home, but from an ordinary business premises. By definition, there is no private information of an.y kind to protect at this venue, which is not only open to the public, but which the public is actively encouraged to attend.
