Maybe it would have been better that what we ended up with, which could be the end of our country if we don't stop playing with them and get serious and will likely end up in a nuclear war anyway.

for a few years ive complained of the lack of remembrance , this year i was pleased to see some notable examples in local and in national news - granted the national was the EIB network , but they did a job rush would have been proud of , no politics , just facts and remembrance , we are lacking in this these days , it launched us into a world war , its worth remembering , the dead would hope we might remember

Europe did not forgive Germany after WWI. Pretty much lead to WWII.

 

Many in the US wanted to punish Japan like Europe punished Germany. Fortunately that did not happen.
