SouthwestShooter Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 some years ago I had a wooden device, that if something happened while you were making your shotgun shells you could cut the hull in half and salvage parts of the ammunition. The device was made of wood, it was like a pliers, and had a razor that did the cutting.
