Did you know - the Queen owned a McDonald's franchise?

Kinda funny. Down there at the end of that story it said the Queen would occasionally eat a hamburger. Not from McDonald's - from the Royal kitchen. And she ate with a knife and fork. Her "Victorian upbringing" taught her that the only thing you eat with your fingers was tea. Other meals you use silverware.

She was born in 1926. Victoria died in 1901. The Victorian era stopped when Victoria died - 1901. How could a woman born 25 years later have a Victorian upbringing?

Wouldn't it be Georgian - George V, 1910 to 1936?

The Victorian Era may have ended but the traditions remained.

"Victorian upbringing"

That indicates the what she was taught, not the era in which she was born.  We still hear of "Victorian attitude" now, almost a century and a quarter after the the death of Queen Victoria.

British citizens could still freely buy and own handguns during the Victorian era. It was during the reign of King George V that private ownership of firearms was severely restricted... not to control crime (which was the excuse) but to prevent a possible socialist revolution.

Not a comment on Britain’s gun laws.

I was just pointing out that Draco has been dead for some time, as has Victoria, but the name is still used.
