What’s the simplest gymnastic movement?

No, not twirling a stick with a ribbon on it. That’s just stupid.

The Somersault of course.

And I have mastered it.

Don’t ask!

I thought the simplest gymnastics movement was the first part of floor exercises. That's where you stand up and then fall face-forward, catching yourself on your hands before your face hits the mat.

I can do that one correctly about half the time. B)

Or stubbing your toe on the bed leg!

Actually, I much prefer the Gynmastic Pre-Game Show.
The event I most prefer:  watching the paint dry.

If given a choice, I would instead tune into the Colostomy, Autopsy or Murder channels.
It would be fine to spend a few minutes watching the Griner Web Cam in that Russian gulag.
I could kneel while watching that one.
