Boomstick Bruce Posted August 17, 2022 Share Posted August 17, 2022 My fiance' is going through her second bout in 3 months with bladder cancer. They found and removed 2 tumors back in May. She got a cystoscopy done last Friday as a check up and they found another tumor. Sept 1, our 9 year anniversary, she gets this one removed and they are doing a chemo flush of her bladder. She's only 38. She's going to need a cystoscopy every 3 months until she goes a year with no tumors. Then it's every 6 months for 5 years. Lift her up in your prayers please. She goes in for surgery this Thursday and while she's under they are doing a chemo flush of her bladder to hopefully get the rest of the cancer they may miss. They are doing another systoscopy in 3 months to see if it's back again. If it is, they are going to take out the tumors again and put in a catheter and do a chemo flush every week for 3 months...
