Has new in bag primer seater set New brass gromets & rubber o-rings (shown in bags but will ship with fresher ones from mec not in bags) General info about a 650: One thing is it doesn't resize the shells. You would need one of the Mec shell super - sizer machines. (so as you resize you inspect each shell before loading) The plus, along with being manually progressive, is it has 3 crimp stations. The first station starts the crimp. The second closes the crimp.
