Fill Yer Hand
Saw one of these at the LGS today as was curious if it is WB modern legal? Rules say nothing about the picatinny on the frame.

Three Foot Johnson
The rail is OK, but it's weight is listed as 42 ounces, which is the limit for Wild Bunch with an empty magazine in the gun. So, if that is empty weight w/o a magazine, then a magazine would put it over the 42 ounce limit. Another source puts the weight at 43 ounces with an empty mag. https://firearms-texas.com/product/springfield-1911-marine-corps-operator-45-acp-with-range-bag-and-2-magazines/
Muggle
Looks like a regular SA 1911.
Garrison Joe, SASS #60708
You would need to use mags that don't extend more than 1/4" out of mag well. That stock magazine base pad appears too thick in the stock photos. And, base pad cannot be plastic or rubber. Only leather. A simple fix, though. good luck, GJ
Colorado Coffinmaker
As mentioned, the easy fix is to swap out for Chip McCormick mags and go. The gun would put you in "Modern" Cattle Gory. Springfield make a really FINE 1911.
Abe E.S. Corpus SASS #87667
Under “1911 Pistol Requirements”subheading “Modern Category Modifications” it states: “Dust cover light rails are legal”. That rail does add weight, as others have pointed out.
