Word of advice, you get what you pay for when it comes to Vernier and Soule sights.  Lee Shaver and Montana Vintage Arms (MVA) are worth every penny if you are serious about shooting long range.

I have a Lee Shaver globe up front and the MVA #102 mid range Soule with the Hadley Eyecup on the rear on my 38-55 Highwall. They are pricy but I have never regretted the purchase especially after seeing others with cheaper sights have repeatability problems.
