I am always leery of things like this. How would you like to spend really big bucks only to find out the gun isn’t what it’s reported to be.

You mean like this one in Adam’s museum? They were advised not to buy it as no firm connection to Hickok , but did it anyway and say it is . So much of the Deadwood lore is just fables

My buddy inherited a very large number of rare collector guns (in excess of 800 guns 2 of which I know were Holland and Holland's), safes (18 of them), and 10's of thousands of rounds of ammo (some very rare and very expensive like 404 and 500 Jeffery, 600 Nitro, etc) from a guy who was into big money sports like safari hunting. They sold a great deal of them through RIA and they were very good to deal with. They came and picked them up, did all of the back history and prominence on each, and they did the write and the posting like the one listed here. He made  A LOT of money...I'm talking 8 figure money on everything that he sold and he only sold about a third of the collection.

He said the experience with RIA was phenomenal and would trust what they were selling so I would tend to believe them.

BUT, Like Buckshot Bob says I ain't got that kind of money so it's no concern of mine.
