They are reloads with mixed head stamps, mostly Starline & Rem. They process the brass and load with great consistency. These are 38 Spcl BPC, 130 gr, RNFP. Ten-X uses Hodgden Triple 7 BP Substitute for consistent burn, stability, and easy cleanup. I came across these as I have been selling out my Ammo safe. Good for fun on stage with rifle too. The last time I saw these on Midway USA, they were $49 per box of 50. I have 5 boxes that will sell here for $30 each, (all for $150 plus $16 shipping to any ConUS. Thanks for shopping.
