TV Combat Memories

Recommended Posts

When I was a kid, I always looked forward to seeing COMBAT and other shows like 12:00 High. I always liked the guns, in particular the Thompson and BAR. Anytime I can catch either one, I will. The beginning intro of COMBAT, I could tell you the show blindfolded.

For those that do not know. The streaming service frndly has most all your old time favorites, combat, 12 o'clock high, rat patrol and a bunch of western, I think it cost us 7 bucks a month. IMDB ( they changed there name i think it is freevee ) has a bunch of shows, I know they have a channel just for wanted dead or alive and the rifleman, imdb is free.

Note Lt Hanley is firing full auto with his M1 carbine. But later he’s holding an M2 (with the bayonet lug).

Nah.

Today, If you waited the full 21 minutes, you'd only have 9 minutes of show to watch.
