Hodgdon lists 30 & 35 grain loads for ROAs at the very bottom of this document. I recommend 15 grains (volume measure) of 777 for static CAS targets. There is less recoil and less chance of a loading lever popping loose and jamming the ROA. Some reduced loads in an ROA need a filler so the loading ram can seat the ball firmly on a powder charge.
